Better interaction between Technical institutions and industry is the need of the time; the college promotes Industry-Institute Interaction.

Knowledge division and regular updating of fast rising technologies has been the main focus of the Jaipur Institute of Technology. Interaction with many academic societies and industrial organizations for joint -programs are encouraged so that a real-time feel of industry can be experienced by faculty and students of the institute. Following industrial training program is conducted by our institute.

- Industry visit for students in different companies including government and private sector both like BSNL, 220KV GSS , RRVPNL, Shree cement, genus power infra structure, vision automation etc.
- Students of electronics and communication visited the GENUS And REIL Plant of Jaipur Sitapurar on 16 November 2013. A field trip was organized for the Department of Electronics & communication Engineering.
- Students of computer science & engineering visited the GIRNAR SOFTWARE Jaipur. A field trip was organized for the Department of computer science Engineering.
- Students of electrical & electronics engineering visited the 220 KV kalwara, Hands on training is conducted by vision automation solution Pvt. Ltd. of Jaipur . A field trip was organized for the Department of Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
- A survey camp is organized by civil department for the students of civil third year and final year of JIT.
